Our History

SprightlyMedia is the outcome of joint efforts put together by three tech savvy peoples. The trio Parul, Tilak and Ravinder the group of three qualified and experienced professionals started producing commercial websites together in 1998, mainly for small to medium businesses in India. Word of mouth recommendations and an effective advertising led to the expansion of the business they evolved themselves into a professional company and Online Web Solutions was formed in the year 2000. At the same time first version of the company's corporate website that didn't even have its personal domain name was published.

Year 2001 was marked for a company with the decision to re-orientate Online Web Solutions to internet and initially to start providing web design and development services, and later on added search engine promotion skills. In the same year, the emphasis was put focus on small and medium businesses, as well as to tap the vast potential of the Internet and the possibility to work with customers from all corner of Earth.

Year 2003 turned out to be a very productive year for the company both in financial and organizational aspects. By then the company gained the status of a corporation and became officially referred to as Online Web Solutions, www.online-web-solutions.com domain was registered and the corporate website was completely revised and other important services like software development, content management systems, customized application development for B2B and B2C, offshore outsourcing services, web hosting and domain name registration services were also included.

In April 2007, Online Web Solutions changed its name to "Sprightly Media" to reflect its goal to offer more encompassing, creative and complete business solutions for each customer. The name Sprightly Media describes the progressive full-service approach that the company provides and pays tribute to the area where the company was founded.
